Matt Angelo brings downhill guard juice to Jamestown
In the 2023-24 season at Mead High School, Matt Angelo averaged 15.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 2.5 assists, and he arrived at Jamestown as a 6-foot-3 guard ranked No. 18 in Colorado’s Class of 2025. His calling card is pressure: Jamestown’s staff described him as a downhill, athletic guard who attacks defenses every possession, and his high school résumé includes first-team all-NCAC and CHSAA All-State honorable mention after helping Mead reach back-to-back state tournaments.
