Joe Swift brings length, experience, and depth value to Colorado’s DB room
Joe Swift is listed by Colorado as a 5-foot-10, 175-pound cornerback from Newark, Del., but there’s no reliable 2026 stat line publicly surfaced in the available sources, so the cleaner read is profile over production right now[1]. His appeal is fit and utility: a compact defensive back with enough experience to compete for snaps, add special-teams value, and help stabilize a secondary that always needs plug-and-play toughness. If your team wants a polished headline-grabber, keep shopping; if it wants a steady, competitive DB who can survive in the weeds, Swift is the kind of roster piece coaches tend to like[1].
