FAU LB Jake Stewart brings Miami-bred toughness and special-teams upside
Jake Stewart is a **6-foot, 220-pound redshirt sophomore** linebacker from St. Thomas Aquinas who gives FAU a physical, developmental piece with South Florida roots and roster flexibility. The key differentiator is his toughness and work-in-progress upside: his available FAU bio confirms the frame and class, while ESPN lists him on the Owls’ depth chart, suggesting he’s in the mix as a depth/rotation linebacker rather than a headline star. He’s a fit for a team that values size, downhill intent, and coachable competition in the room.
