Jamari Gamble Brings Tackling Stability and Local Edge to Arkansas State’s Secondary
Jamari Gamble is a Arkansas State defensive back from De Witt, Arkansas, and the current stat line points to a player being trusted in run support, with 7 solo tackles on the season and no turnovers forced yet. He profiles as a steady, physical safety-type presence rather than a splash-play merchant, which can matter for teams needing reliability, communication, and clean tackling on the back end. Based on the available public data, he looks like a fit for a defense that values toughness, discipline, and consistent effort over headline-grabbing ball production.
