Brandon Scott brings proven physicality and edge to Sam Houston’s defensive line
Brandon Scott is a defense-first front-line player whose value comes from toughness, disruptive effort, and lineup flexibility rather than flashy counting stats. The main caution is that the available public records do not clearly confirm recent Sam Houston defensive-line production, so his current fit should be evaluated through spring/fall camp reps, pad-level consistency, and how well he handles double teams. If he is winning with leverage, motor, and assignment discipline, he profiles as the kind of dependable DL piece coaches love for depth and rotation.
