WSU's Steady Bench Spark with Untapped Upside
Myles Warren, Washington State Cougars guard, provided reliable bench production in the 2020-21 season, averaging 2.1 points, 0.9 rebounds, and 1.0 assists across 20 games in 9.6 minutes per outing (per WSUCougars.com), showcasing his quick-trigger shooting (career 34.1% FG via ESPN) and playmaking poise. A Portland native with a high school pedigree hinting at more (20.8 PPG, 7.6 RPG in 2025-26 per MaxPreps) and JUCO roots (11 PPG starter at Collin College), Warren's differentiator is his gritty intensity and versatility—perfect for teams needing a high-energy reserve guard who elevates rotations without demanding the spotlight. Watch for transfer portal buzz; he's a low-risk, high-reward fit.
