Defensive-minded 6'4" center bringing size and edge to Houston Christian
Sutherland is a true paint presence whose biggest value is her defensive grit, physical frontcourt size, and team-first approach, traits highlighted by Melbourne Tigers officials when she re-signed for 2025 and by her listed 6'4" center build. That profile suggests a player who can anchor the rim, battle on the glass, and stabilize a roster with toughness and experience rather than flashy scoring. For a team needing a reliable interior defender and energetic culture fit, she looks like a strong fit.
