Wagner's Intense LB with Elite Tackling and Unmatched Game Intensity
Azim Ross, a senior linebacker for the Wagner Seahawks, stands out not just for his 6'2", 215-lb frame but for his relentless intensity and elite tackling ability that often goes beyond stat sheets. In the 2025 season, he led Wagner with 82 total tackles and 9.5 tackles for loss, showcasing a rare combination of speed and power that makes him a perfect fit for any defensive scheme. Ross is known for his high-energy personality, never missing a practice and playing every snap with championship-level focus. While he has no significant injury history, his intensity sometimes leads to minor knocks, but he always returns stronger. His differentiator is his ability to read offenses quickly and make game-changing stops, making him a top-tier LB prospect for teams seeking a leader with both skill and heart.
