DeAndre Elliott brings length, speed, and upside to the Colorado State secondary
DeAndre Elliott profiles as a **lean, athletic DB with CB traits**, using his size and quickness to challenge routes and stay sticky in coverage. At Colorado State, he was a **four-year starter** and earned attention as a **two-star prospect** who outperformed modest recruiting expectations, which suggests real development and coachability. His listed measurables — including a **4.40-second 40** at 6-foot-1 — point to a defender with recovery speed and press-man potential, though his NFL resume shows he was more of a depth piece than a finished product.
