Darien Thompson could be a depth-and-upside add, but public production data is limited
Publicly available, reliable stats for Darien Thompson at Savannah State are sparse, so his current performance is hard to benchmark from the open record. What can be inferred is that he is listed as a running back, which suggests a role built around urgency, contact balance, and short-area burst rather than just volume numbers. If you are evaluating him for a roster spot, he profiles more like a developmental fit than a proven stat leader right now, so the key question is whether his practice intensity, toughness, and special-teams value translate when the lights come on.
