Darrin Person Jr. brings veteran size, interior versatility, and Valley-rooted toughness
Darrin Person Jr. is a long, experienced forward whose value comes from positional versatility, physicality, and a polished feel that coaches can trust in multiple roles. His path includes time at Cal State Bakersfield and Fresno Pacific, and he was noted as Fresno Pacific’s leading scorer before turning pro in 2023, which signals real offensive capability beyond just being a glue guy. He also has deep Central Valley roots and a reputation for steady, team-first basketball, making him a strong fit for a program that wants size, maturity, and dependable effort.
