Polished, high-IQ Bobcat receiver with big-play flair
In the 2017 season, Mitchell Herbert was a steady, high-volume target for Montana State, leading the Bobcats with 41 catches for 497 yards and 5 touchdowns while finishing his career with 137 receptions, 1,874 yards, and 20 TDs. He stands out for route savvy, dependable hands, and red-zone value—plus the kind of understated, intelligent presence coaches love because he did the little things right. The fit question is simple: if your team wants a smart possession receiver who can win on timing and make clutch grabs, Herbert checks a lot of boxes.
