veteran Middle Tennessee snapper built on reliability
Matusek profiles as a low-drama, high-trust specialist whose value is reliability: Middle Tennessee has credited him with flawless snapping over his career, including seasons with no bad snaps, and he earned scholarship status as a walk-on. That kind of consistency matters in tight-field-position games, especially for teams that need a steady long snapper who handles pressure without headlines. His background as a local Shelbyville product with football family ties adds a durable, program-fit feel rather than a flashy upside bet.
