Athletic Texas Transfer Guard Bringing Versatility to Prairie View A&M
Shira Patton, a dynamic 5'9" G/F transfer from Northern Arizona to Prairie View A&M's Lady Panthers, averaged 2.4 PTS, 1.1 REB, and 0.3 AST at 30.2% FG in her listed college stats (likely 2021-22 season), but her high school pedigree shines with 8.1 PPG, 3.5 RPG, 43% FG, and 36% 3PT on a district championship Cypress Ranch squad that reached regional quarterfinals. Coaches rave about her multi-position flexibility (1-3), aggressive rim attacks, outside shooting, defensive tenacity, and elite athleticism from track/high jump success—making her a high-upside, well-rounded fit for teams needing versatile energy off the bench.
