Purdue LB with Explosive High School Pedigree, Limited College Impact
Ben Holt, a Bowling Green, KY native who lit up high school with 95 tackles, 35 TFLs, and 18 sacks earning AP First Team All-State honors, joined Purdue as a freshman LB in 2019 but posted modest career stats of 157 solo tackles and just 5.5 sacks over his tenure amid limited playing time. His raw athleticism and pass-rush intensity shine in camp footage, but lack of standout college production raises questions on readiness for bigger roles—ideal for teams needing developmental depth rather than immediate starters.
