Purdue CB with size, length, and roster upside
Okonye is listed as a 6-foot, 200-pound cornerback in Purdue’s roster, giving him the build coaches typically want for press and physical coverage roles. [2] Beyond the measurables, publicly available college stats and recent performance notes are limited, so the clearest takeaway is that he profiles as a developmental defensive back whose value would come from size, competitiveness, and how quickly he can translate traits into consistent coverage production. [1][2] If you need an immediate, proven playmaker, the public evidence is thin; if you want a CB with intriguing frame-based upside, he is at least worth a closer look. [1][2]
