depth linebacker with limited Notre Dame impact
Posluszny has been a low-volume contributor for Notre Dame, with just 4 total tackles across his 2009-2010 career stats, so his value is less about production and more about depth and assignment reliability[1]. For a team evaluating fit, he profiles as a developmental linebacker rather than a stat-sheet driver: the key question is whether he can hold leverage, stay disciplined in run support, and provide dependable special-teams or backup snaps, not whether he will headline the defense[1].
