The Bisons’ veteran strike-thrower with late-inning bite
In the 2026 season, Brock Puckett has continued to be a reliable bullpen weapon for Lipscomb, already logging saves and multi-inning relief outings while missing bats in pressure spots. His 6-foot-4 frame, strike-throwing feel, and ability to limit right-handed hitters stand out, and he was on the NCBWA Stopper of the Year preseason watch list. He looks like the kind of steady, composed righty coaches trust when the game gets tight — a good fit if you want polish, poise, and a proven reliever rather than a project.
