Saint Francis Forward and Hall of Fame Legacy Honoree
Regina Schlichter, a standout forward for Saint Francis U Red Flash in the early 2000s, etched her name in program lore with efficient scoring (like 3-5 FG, 3-3 FT for 9 pts in key games) and rebounding prowess alongside teammate Beth Swink, whose 2001-05 jersey retirement underscores the era's 'Golden Era'; her battle-tested intensity shone in matchups like vs. Virginia Tech, making her a gritty, high-IQ fit for teams seeking veteran leadership and clutch forward play—perfect if you value proven Patriot League toughness over raw flash.
