Walker Freeman Brings Left-Handed Bat, Size, and Pro-Level Bat-to-Ball Upside to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi
Freeman, a 6'2", 200-pound junior outfielder for Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, is a left-handed hitter whose current 2026 production is modest so far (.194 AVG, 0 HR, 3 RBI), but evaluators have long pointed to a smooth, hard-contact swing and gap-to-gap power as his calling card. His profile suggests a good fit for a team looking for an athletic corner outfielder with offensive upside, especially if he can turn raw tools into more consistent game impact.
