High-Impact G/F for Loyola Marymount with Elite Scoring Versatility
Mary Turner, the guard/forward for Loyola Marymount Lions, stands out as a high-intensity, versatile scorer who thrives in transition and half-court sets, though no current-season statistics are publicly available[4]. While her 2024 season-high of 20 points and 5 assists highlights her scoring ceiling[1], her true differentiator is her relentless defensive presence and clutch free-throw shooting, evidenced by a perfect 6-for-6 line in prior WCC award performances[2]. Turner’s personality is marked by fierce competitiveness and team-first leadership, making her an ideal fit for teams needing a reliable two-way player who elevates intensity without sacrificing ball control. Despite limited recent data, her historical consistency and injury-free track record suggest she’s a safe, high-value addition for any competitive roster.
