Montari Leonard brings UNI versatility and DB upside
Montari Leonard is a versatile UNI defensive back prospect with enough football background to hint at matchup value and special-teams utility; his profile also shows past offensive production, which can signal open-field comfort and playmaking instincts. The key fit question is whether a team wants a lean, adaptable defender who can learn quickly and contribute in multiple roles rather than a purely stat-driven shutdown star. Reliable public data on his recent DB production is limited, so the best read is upside, flexibility, and depth value more than headline-grabbing numbers.
