Lisa Thompson brings two-way guard value and transfer upside to Missouri
Lisa Thompson is a junior guard for Missouri who has shown steady all-around production, including 4.9 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game in the 2024-25 season and 3.9 points, 1.1 rebounds, and 1.5 assists in the 2025-26 season[1][2]. Her calling card is versatility: she can handle the ball, chip in as a secondary creator, and defend well enough to rank fourth on the team with 22 steals in 2024-25[1]. She also has a real pedigree as a McDonald’s All-American nominee, and Missouri’s own notes highlight her as an impactful transfer who can help stabilize the backcourt[1][4].
