dependable Utah veteran with verified speed and return value
Kyle Fulks was a compact, quick Utah receiver who brought 4.45-second 40 speed and special-teams utility to the Utes, appearing in 32 career games with 3 starts. In the 2017 season, he logged 3 catches for 31 yards, 5 rushes for 29 yards, and 4 kickoff returns for 66 yards, showing a versatile, low-drama role-player profile rather than high-volume production. His value was in reliability, toughness, and field-flipping speed—useful for depth and special teams, less so as a featured passing-game weapon.
