Kristina Ford remains a rugged, two-way forward with rebounding bite
Kristina Ford is a proven inside presence for Iona, and in the 2021-22 season she ranked second on the team in scoring (11.8 points per game), first in rebounding (7.9 per game), and second in steals (2.3 per game), a nice little stat-stuffing cocktail[6]. Her game has long been built on toughness, activity, and defensive disruption, and Iona’s own historical notes show she’s been a consistent high-impact rebounder and scorer across multiple seasons[1][8]. If you want a forward who brings energy, physicality, and some sneaky playmaking rather than flashy volume scoring, Ford fits the bill.
