Florida State’s Gerard Ross brings veteran DB pedigree and a recruiter’s eye
Gerard Ross is a Florida State staff member with a strong Seminoles and NFL background, which gives him credibility as a former defensive back and a sharp evaluator of secondary play. Florida State lists him as Director of High School Relations, and the school says he appeared in 22 games with six starts during his FSU career while the team won 44 games over his five seasons.[7] He is a fit if you value someone who understands DB technique, program culture, and talent evaluation from both the college and pro levels.[4][5][7]
