Kristin Gallego brings pop, clutch bat, and steady infield value for Dayton
Gallego is an infield piece who already showed she can impact games with the bat in the 2025 season, including nine starts in 26 appearances and a second home run noted in Dayton’s 2026 wrap-up coverage.[4][6] The Flyers also highlighted her for a big home run in a win, which suggests real game-changing upside rather than empty stat padding.[2][3] For a team, she looks like a useful fit if you want a developing hitter with situational power, competitive edge, and enough versatility to earn meaningful innings early.[4]
