Nekia Jones brings size, toughness, and veteran two-way polish for Louisiana
Nekia Jones is a 5'11" forward from Beaumont, Texas who has long been valued for her physicality, rebounding, and versatile scoring touch; in Louisiana’s record book she’s listed as a 2016-18 contributor, and her game profile shows a steady inside-out impact with modest but efficient production rather than empty-volume flash[2][3][7]. She’s the kind of forward who can help a roster with effort, positional size, and reliable finishing—less of a headline chaser, more of a glue piece who raises the floor and does the dirty work. If you want toughness, experience, and a player who fits a functional team identity, she’s a sensible fit.
