Russ Ferrisi brings veteran linebacker depth and steady tackling to LIU
Russ Ferrisi’s value at LIU is the kind that shows up in trust and toughness as much as box-score noise: in the 2020 season, he appeared in five games and made six tackles, giving the Sharks an experienced, physically solid linebacker at 6-foot, 220 pounds[2][3]. ESPN lists him as LIU’s linebacker profile, while LIU’s roster history shows he has been part of the program since 2019, which suggests familiarity with the scheme and a dependable, plug-and-play feel[1][2].
