physical, instinctive Sam Houston LB with upside
Lance Duran looks like a defense-first linebacker who can help a program with his physicality, pursuit, and willingness to play downhill, but there isn’t enough reliable public stat or scouting data in the gathered sources to credibly pin down a 2026 performance snapshot. For a team evaluating fit, the appeal would be a tough, role-oriented defender who can add depth and special-teams value; the caution flag is that the available information doesn’t confirm whether he’s already a proven impact starter or more of a developmental piece.
