disruptive edge defender with proven splash-play instincts
Theron Bonds is a physical **Alcorn State DE** whose profile is built on impact plays: in 2018 he posted **15 tackles, 2 sacks, and 3 forced fumbles**, and he also **blocked two kicks** on special teams, showing he can change games beyond the box score. Alcorn described him as a defensive player who stepped up to replace a graduating senior and earned the team’s **Spring Standout** recognition, which points to reliability and steady growth. He looks like a fit for a team that values motor, toughness, and opportunistic backfield disruption over pure stat-padding.
