a veteran EKU wideout with proven red-zone juice
Joel Brown is a former Eastern Kentucky receiver whose most visible college impact came in 2014, when he played in all 13 games, caught 5 passes for 41 yards, and scored his first touchdown as a Colonel; he also hauled in a 9-yard TD against Morehead State that season. His appeal is the classic under-the-radar slot/possession profile: reliable enough to earn snaps, dangerous enough to finish drives, and steady rather than flashy. If you want a polished, assignment-sound target who can contribute in traffic, Brown fits that mold.
