Air Force’s backcourt engine in a rebuilding Mountain West climb
Lauren Henderson is a key guard for Air Force as the Falcons finished 16-19 and 8th in the Mountain West in the 2025-26 season, making her the kind of player who matters most when a team needs steady guard play and competitive toughness. Her value is likely in the less-glamorous stuff that lifts a roster: decision-making, pace control, and backcourt reliability on a team fighting to rise in a tough league.
