John-Michael Hughes brings veteran guard experience and a polished, team-first profile to The Citadel
A 2026-era Citadel guard profile shows John-Michael Hughes as a veteran perimeter piece with trusted program familiarity and the kind of steady, low-drama presence coaches love; he also earned a master’s degree in sports management while at The Citadel, which speaks to his maturity and fit in a team setting. Publicly available roster and team listings do not show eye-popping stat-leader production, so his value reads more like reliability, basketball IQ, and locker-room professionalism than high-usage scoring flash.
