Florida Atlantic’s Viviana Peñate is a compact, playmaking guard with real assist value
Peñate brings a low-center-of-gravity guard profile at 5-4, and Florida Atlantic lists her as a junior who has already shown she can create for others, ranking second on the team with 40 assists while also producing a career-high 12 points and five rebounds in a game. That combination of passing, toughness, and willingness to contribute beyond scoring makes her a useful fit for a team that needs a steady connector at guard rather than a high-usage scorer.
