Louisville DB with a long, physical pedigree
E.K. Sawyer is listed as a defensive back for Louisville, and the clearest public signal on him is a long-standing Cardinals connection rather than a pile of recent stat-sheet fireworks.[1][10] He profiles as a size-and-coverage prospect from the defensive back room, which matters if your team values length, physicality, and developmental upside over flash. Current public roster-style sources don’t surface recent production or award-level buzz, so the read here is more “under-the-radar contributor” than headline grabber.[1][11] If you need a proven, highly publicized playmaker, the evidence is thin; if you want a sturdy DB body with Louisville pedigree, he’s at least worth a deeper look.[10][11]
