Dayton’s steady, high-IQ floor general who already proved he can carry an offense
Crutcher’s Dayton résumé screams polished lead guard: in the 2020-21 season, he averaged 17.6 points and 4.8 assists in 38.1 minutes per game, while also knocking down 37.2% from three and 76.3% at the line[9][5]. He’s the type of guard coaches trust because he can run an offense, create his own shot, and stay on the floor in big moments; Dayton’s own notes and career summaries show he was a multi-time team MVP and one of the program’s most productive perimeter players[1][9]. If you want a composed, battle-tested guard who brings shot-making and playmaking more than flash, Crutcher fits nicely.
