Depth Linebacker with Limited Stat Footprint
E.J. Carter currently shows up as a low-volume contributor for Syracuse, with 3 tackles, 3 assisted tackles, 0 sacks, and 0 passes defended in the available stat snapshot, so his profile is more about role than production right now. He looks like a depth-and-development linebacker rather than a headline maker, which can still matter for special teams, practice intensity, and roster flexibility. Based on the limited public data available, there is not enough evidence to call him a proven impact starter yet.
