Quae Drake is Jacksonville State’s veteran, plug-and-play linebacker with proven production
In the 2023 season, Quae Drake immediately became Jacksonville State’s defensive tone-setter, leading the Gamecocks and ranking ninth in Conference USA with 86 tackles while starting every game in the middle. He’s a compact, physical 6-1, 225-pound redshirt senior who brings experience, leadership, and reliable run support; multiple reports also described him as a veteran, “plug and play” defender who knew the scheme and could fit fast. If a team wants a steady, high-IQ linebacker who elevates the defense with consistency and intensity, Drake fits the bill.
