Lawson Howard brings versatile defensive-back size and experience to UAPB
Lawson Howard is a 6-foot-1 defensive back who brings a safety-first profile: good size, multi-school experience, and a background that suggests he can help in both coverage and run support. Publicly available roster data lists him as a defensive back at Arkansas-Pine Bluff, while earlier college listings show he has played safety and DB at 6-0 to 6-1 and around 199-210 pounds, giving him the frame to match up physically in the SWAC.[7][6][2] If you want a steady, adaptable defensive piece rather than a headline-grabbing stat collector, Howard looks like a fit.
