Toreros edge rusher who wrecked games with elite backfield disruption
Eric Bakhtiari was a terror off the edge for San Diego, and in the 2007 season he led the FCS with 20 sacks while adding 24.5 tackles for loss, 76 tackles, and 4 forced fumbles. He was named PFL Defensive Player of the Year and earned All-America recognition, which tracks with the tape: burst, leverage, relentless motor, and the kind of intensity that changes protection plans. If your team wants a high-motor, proven pass-rush specialist with big-game production, he’s a strong fit.
