veteran Butler trench anchor with proven pass-rush pop
Austin Korba has been a steady, physical presence on Butler’s defensive line, and in the 2022 season he led the Bulldogs’ defensive linemen with 19 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, and two sacks while earning all-PFL honorable mention honors in 2022 and again in 2023.[2][5][3] What makes him interesting is the blend of reliability and disruption: Butler’s staff repeatedly leaned on him as a near-every-down interior defender, and his production against the run and in the backfield suggests a player who can fit a disciplined, hard-nosed front.
