New Hampshire’s Defensive Back With a Playmaker’s Edge
Mike Perkins stands out as a **safety with coverage instincts and playmaking upside**, but the available search results are thin on New Hampshire-specific production, so he should be evaluated more on fit, technique, and role than on public stat lines.
