Navy Midshipmen Guard with All-American Roots and Elite Leadership
Ryan Pearson, a 6'2", 188-pound guard from Richmond, VA, committed to Navy Midshipmen and brings a rare blend of All-American pedigree from George Mason University and proven team leadership as Navy’s Men’s Basketball Captain. While his 2018–19 Navy stats show modest averages (4.0 PPG), his differentiators include intensity, defensive tenacity (led team in steals with 43), and personality-driven intensity that elevates teammates. He has no major injury history, plays with high emotional fire, and is a J.D. candidate at UVA Law—showing discipline beyond basketball. For teams seeking a high-character, data-driven leader who thrives under pressure and fits a culture of excellence, Pearson is an ideal fit. His 2025–26 Cibacopa stats (10.9 PPG, 4.6 REB) confirm he remains competitive at the professional level.
