Morehead State’s defensive back with a live roster profile, but no verified current stat line
Daryl Smith is listed by ESPN as a Morehead State Eagles cornerback/DB, but the available public results don’t surface a current 2026 stat line, so the safest read is that he’s a roster-level name rather than a clearly quantified breakout. His value case is the usual DB currency: coverage versatility, tackling reliability, and the kind of secondary flexibility coaches love when they’re trying to survive Saturdays without giving up easy throws. If you need a data-rich, verified impact player card, this one needs more game-log evidence before calling him a sure fit.
