Ali Fayad is a proven edge disruptor with MAC Defensive Player of the Year pedigree
Ali Fayad built his reputation at Western Michigan as a high-motor defensive lineman who can wreck plays in the backfield, capped by a senior season with 13 sacks and MAC Defensive Player of the Year honors. His calling card is production that translates to pressure: he pairs burst and pursuit with a knack for finishing, plus a history of forcing mistakes with caused fumbles and tackles for loss. He looks like a strong fit for a team needing an energetic pass-rush presence and a relentless tone-setter, rather than just a space-eater.
