Ball-hawking Cyclones DB with a nose for game-changing plays
Marc Timmons’ value for Iowa State comes from the stuff that swings games: he has a proven knack for reading quarterbacks, creating turnovers, and showing up in big moments. In the 2000 season, he led the Cyclones with 3 interceptions, including a pick-six in his first collegiate start, and was praised for his instincts and range; that combination makes him the kind of defensive back coaches trust when they want disruption, not just coverage. If you want a DB with playmaking instincts and flash-game upside, Timmons fits the mold.
