Veteran Boston College guard with scrappy, low-minute value
In the 2011-12 season, Salah Abdo was a 6-foot-2 guard for Boston College whose value came less from box-score volume and more from veteran depth, toughness, and backcourt versatility. He arrived as a graduate student after playing at Trinity (Conn.), and his earlier college path was interrupted by injury, which adds context to his limited role. For a team, he projects as a steady, experienced guard who brings maturity and perspective more than scoring punch.
