Howard guard Danielle Shelton brings defensive energy and rotation depth
Danielle Shelton is a Howard Bison guard whose value shows up in the little things: energy, pressure, and staying ready when called upon. In Howard’s recent box-score data, she logged limited minutes in a 2023-24 conference game, which suggests a role player profile rather than a volume scorer, but that can still matter if your team needs perimeter defense, hustle, and bench stability. She looks like a fit for a program that values toughness, attention to detail, and players who can plug into a system without needing the ball to be effective.
