Lionel Gomis Brings Size, Rebounding, and Defensive Energy to Robert Morris
Gomis is a 6-9 forward whose value comes from interior size, shot-blocking, and rebounding more than volume scoring, with recent Robert Morris stats showing a low-scoring, role-based profile built around defense and physical presence. His game fits teams that need a long, active frontcourt piece who can protect the rim, finish simple plays, and absorb contact without needing touches. The upside case is clear: he offers a steady, defense-first option with experience and length, though his offensive efficiency has been modest, so he is best viewed as a complementary fit rather than a primary scorer.
